Today we speak to CyberdrunkHD, a Fault player who has created a ton of hilarious content in the form of video memes throughout the life of Fault. Cyber's memes have cracked us up since they started making them, and we are excited to have them as our next showcase!

Q) Greetings! Let’s get you introduced to the Fault community! Tell us a bit about yourself.

A) Hey what’s up it’s CyberDrunkHD. I wasted two years in trade school and I’m trying to get an Associate degree in Computer Science. I also make shotty memes and subpar edits that for some reason people like.

Q) When creating your content, how do you usually get started? What gets you inspired to edit/create your content?

‍

A) Basically I just pick a well known subject within the community and poke fun at it. Usually it’s about bugs or issues that the community complains about like how Kallari’s didn’t work half the time, or that certain heroes were released a bit too strong. I see memes as just inside jokes for the community and we all need a laugh once and a while.

Q) How did you get into making videos and other content? How long have you been doing it?

A) I started making content when I built my first PC in 2020. At first I didn’t know wtf I was doing, I just made short clips that I shared with friends and then one day I uploaded one of my edits to Fault’s subreddit. A few hours later I got a bunch of upvotes and I thought to myself: “There must be a mistake. There’s no way people found that funny”. Sure enough they did. After that I learned other editing techniques to improve my videos and more and more people found my content funny.

Q) Do you have a favorite creator that inspires you?

‍
A) MP Edits. He’s a Destiny content creator and he has the best editing skills I’ve ever seen. I hate playing pvp on Destiny but whenever I see one of MP’s montages it makes me want to go play it for hours, and I hope to one day be able to do that with Fault.
 

Q) How did you find out about Fault?

A) I found out about Fault through Mangoose. I saw one of his videos in my recommendation and it was about how Fault’s early access just came and the rest was history.

Q) Who is your favorite Fault hero and why?

A) Boris. When I saw this cyborg bear it was love at first sight. I’ve been playing him since day one, even when SMS nerfed him into the ground I was still loyal to him.

Q) If people wanted to follow you for more kick-ass content, where would they find you?

A) I post most of my stuff on Fault’s subreddit and this is my Twitter which I should use more often. I plan on making a Youtube channel but school and other personal projects have kept me busy.

Q) Anything you’d want to say to the community while you’re in the spotlight?

A) Lighten thef##k up. It sucks to get shotty/new players for teammates I know, but that’s life. Sometimes you carry your team to victory and sometimes you’re the reason your team lost. Sometimes you get to play your favorite hero in your favorite role and other times you have to queue up on EU. That’s just life for you, there’s ups and downs. Just move on to the next match.
