  • Fixed an issue causing minions to deal negative damage when stacking armor.

  • Unique active - Blink: Teleport 1100 units. Cooldown = 300 seconds.
  • 600 Gold

Cursed Blink

  • Unique active - Blink: Consume 10% Maximum Health to Teleport 1500 units. Cannot activate for 6 seconds after entering combat. Cooldown = 30 sec.
  • 400 Health
  • 10 CDR
  • 3 Health Regeneration
  • 2400 Gold
  • Builds out of Blink, Light Harvester and Energy Channel

Death Blink

  • Unique active - Blink: Teleport 1000 units. Cooldown = 300 seconds. Cooldown is reset if the user kills an enemy champion within 8 seconds of using the active.
  • 50 Physical Power
  • 2400 Gold
  • Builds out of Blink and Orion Carbine.

Quantum Blink

Quantum Shift - Now Quantum Blink

  • New Unique active - Blink: Consume 75 Mana to Teleport 1500 units. Cannot activate for 6 seconds after entering combat. Cooldown = 30 sec.
  • 50 Energy Power
  • 300 Mana
  • 10 CDR
  • 2400 Gold
  • Builds out of Blink and Mana Matrix

SFX

  • New Tower SFX
  • Reduced Grim Q Electron on-hit concurrency to prevent overload.


BALANCE

Minions

Ranged & Siege Minions
  • Now have 1150 attack range when attacking heroes.

Heroes

Boris

  • Base health reduced from 575 to 570. 
  • Boris health per hero level reduced from 89 to 86.
Feral Claw (LMB)
  • Base LMB damage reduced from 68 to 64. 
  • LMB damage gained per hero level increased from 3.75 to 4.25.

Gadget

Anti-Personnel Mine  (Q)
  • Mana refund reduced from 50 to 30%. 
Disruptor Drone (RMB)
  • Reduced RMB bot seek speed from 200 to 150.

Gideon

Void Breach  (RMB)
  • RMB projectile size increased slightly. 
  • RMB damage penalty to minions reduced from 40 to 30%. 

GRIM.exe

DEFLECT.exe (RMB)
  • Successfully blocking an ability with RMB now also reduces the cooldown of RMB.

Sparrow

Arrow Shot (LMB)
  • Base damage reduced from 57 to 53. 
Hail of Arrows (Q)
  • Reduced slow from 15/18/21/24/27% to 12/15/18/21/24%.
Inner Fire (R)
  • Side arrows basic attack damage reduced from 50/70/90% to 50/65/80%.
  • Removed the 135 bonus range. 

Items

Titanslayer

  • Added Unique Passive - 25% Physical Penetration.
  • Removed Attack Speed.
  • Now builds out of two Academy Pistols and a Darkened Blade

Doomsbringer Rifle

  • Percent Physical Penetration increased from 30% to 35%.
  • Gold Cost reduced from 3000 to 2800.
